Second and fourth Mondays of every month at 7 p.m.
Council Chambers are located in the court room of the Police Department Building (Former Administrative Complex-107 West 17th Street).
Meeting dates may vary if a Monday falls on a holiday or conflicts with other council commitments. Special meetings also may be called by the Council to meet within 24 hours on an as-needed basis. Notifications of meeting changes and dates for special meetings will be posted on the web site and on the door of the City Administrative Complex located at 302 South Columbia Avenue.
You may request to appear before the City Council by submitting a Request to Appear Before Council before 2:00 pm on the Tuesday before the meeting at which you wish to appear.

All applicants and/or representatives must be present for each agenda item. Items will be tabled or denied if no representative is present. The application and all of the required supporting documentation must be turned in by the deadline date. The dates below do not include Public Hearings. The Building and Zoning Department must meet all current O.C.G.A.’s for Public Hearings. This department reserves the right to change any of the above dates if needed.
