Chief of Police Phillip Scholl

Chief of Police Phillip Scholl started with Rincon Police Department in 2008, becoming Chief of Police in 2012. Chief Scholl started his Law Enforcement career in 1995 specializing in the areas of Criminal Investigations and Crime Scene Investigations and brings a wealth of knowledge to the City of Rincon in violent crimes investigation and crime prevention.

With this, the goal of the Rincon Police Department is to serve the community with the highest level of professionalism, integrity and respect. The Rincon Police Department is community-oriented and community-driven. Every Officer of the Rincon Police Department is charged with the duty to protect the community in which they serve.
